Rooted in the winter water element, this week invites you to move like water — steady, adaptable, and deep — shifting from stillness into strength and back again.
Mornings center around dynamic yoga flow to wake everything up — core, breath, energy. Expect strength, heat, and that deep, satisfying burn… layered with Katonah-inspired alignment, structure, and breathwork to create both power and precision in your practice.
Layered into the week are two Pilates classes — focused, controlled, and strength-driven to build stability, challenge your core, and support everything you're creating on the mat.
Afternoons are yours to integrate — sun, ocean, stillness — time to soften, restore, and let everything settle. As the week unfolds, we shift into evening winter restoration — with two dedicated restorative sessions, including Yoga Nidra, designed to deeply relax your body, regulate your nervous system, and bring you back to center.
